Are the guards armed? - All guards are armed at all times.
If I choose a cash collection service, how will my money be transported? - With all cash in transit services, we provide tamper evident, serial numbered satchels for your banking. These satchels ensure that what you place in the bag is untouched until it reaches the teller at the bank.
Will your cash in transit couriers sign for the cash that was picked up? - Yes, we supply you with our own cash collection docket, this cash collection docket is signed by our cash in transit staff (banking couriers) and records all the necessary details of your deposit, such as satchel serial number/s & amounts to be banked. A copy is left with the client and the guard takes a copy with them to the bank and gets a stamp and signature off the teller.
Are uniforms worn by security personnel during cash collection services? - Our cash in transit security personnel can perform cash collection in Uniform or not, we complete duties to each clients requirements. These requirements may mean cash in transit is carried out in plain clothes, driving un-marked vehicles allowing us to appear as a "member of the public".
How do I know my money was deposited? - When our cash in transit staff (banking couriers) arrive at the bank they will obtain a bank stamp on their cash collections register. This stamp is confirmation of the bank accepting & depositing your money.
Is my money insured during a cash collection or cash in transit service? - Yes, your money is insured for any cash collection and cash in transit service from the time it leaves your premises to the time it reaches the bank.
Do we have to sign a lock in contract to use your cash collection service? - No, we will not lock you into a contract to use our cash in transit services, we will provide a written agreement.
What will happen with any cash in transit or banking paperwork? - We collect the paperwork from the bank and hand this to you during your next cash in transit pickup. There is no charge for this service.
Do you have a limit, either minimum or maximum to use your cash collection/cash in transit service? - We have no limit on our cash in transit and cash collection services..
How frequently can I use your cash collection service? - You can choose the day/s and frequency for your cash collection, this could be everyday or once a week. We can also provide the service on a "as required" basis.
Are your cash in transit couriers able to provide us with change orders? - Yes, change orders for your tills and floats can be provided with any cash in transit service.
Is there a cash collection service available outside of normal business hours? - Yes, cash pickups are available at any time, weeknights or weekends especially for markets, fairs and other activities.
